The Craftsman-Style House is a PET FRIENDLY house with a partially fenced-in back yard. There are certain requirements for pets such as current vaccinations and up-to-date flea and tick preventative. If you do not wish to leave your pet in the back yard, you may bring it into the house if you have a travel crate for your pet. Pets must not be left unattended in the house unless in their crate. There is an additional security deposit refundable after a satisfactory inspection post-departure. Pet Fee: $15.00/night |

Property 5 ~The apartment suites in this Town House can be booked either as a B&B apartment suite with breakfast included ($215.00/night double occupancy for each large suite) OR you can book each suite as a vacation rental without breakfast.
Vacation Rental Rates:
There are two separate apartment suites (see rates below):
$425/weekend for each entire suite whether 2 people or up to 6 people

2 QUEEN BEDS in the first-floor suite (sleeps up to 4)
2 QUEEN BEDS + 2 SINGLE BEDS in the second-floor suite (sleeps up to 6)
You may choose to book just one of the apartment suites or you can book the entire house which will sleep up to 10.
This building has just recently been purchased by us and we are renovating, refurbishing, renewing, and decorating! We shall add photos as we get each suite finished -- and we can book these suites starting in August. One of the suites may be available shortly. Please inquire.
