The Town House Suites

Our spacious and very charming suites -- Walk to everything in Downtown Staunton, Virginia!

The first floor suite has a charming Living Room with a fireplace (the original coal burning insert and beautiful Oak mantel), a large Dining Room with a similar fireplace, a spacious bedroom with a queen bed, an eat-in kitchen with normal-sized appliances (fully equipped with all pots and pans, dishes, utensils -- everything you'll need), a laundry room, a nice-size bathroom with claw foot tub and shower, and even a covered porch off the kitchen overlooking the back yard where you can enjoy a meal. This is a 1-bedroom suite but we can add a rollaway bed or two if needed. $235/night + tax (double occupancy).

The second floor suite has a similar layout to the first floor, but it has an extra bedroom so there are 2 queen beds and the possibility of adding a rollaway bed or two if needed. There are original fireplace mantels in most of the rooms.

Enjoy breakfast in the Dining Room or Afternoon Tea Room at the B&B on the weekends. During the week days (when we have week day SPECIALS), we will leave breakfast for you in your suite, which consists of a nice variety of breakfast foods, including freshly-baked muffins, breads, and the like as well as juice and a wide variety of teas and coffee. In addition we leave you an entree which might be a quiche, or a strata, or maybe even a breakfast burrito which you can heat in your oven or microwave.

Snacks and beverages are also left for you in your suite.

Enjoy your breakfast on your private covered porch overlooking the back yard, in your kitchen, or in your Dining Room -- and walk just around the corner to the Main House for breakfast on the weekends.

Each of these suites books for $235/night + tax (double occupancy). Add $20/per person (per night) if other people would like to book the suite with you. Grand Opening Special -- $164.50. We want you to have lots of space and privacy!

The Carriage House Suite

Our historic 1-bedroom suite -- Walk to everything in Downtown Staunton, Virginia!

This special 2-story building features a Living Room area on the first floor with a glass-topped dining table, a small refrigerator and microwave, and all the extra appliances you'll need to feel comfortable, such as a coffee maker, a blender, and even a toaster.

There is a spacious bedroom on the second level with a king bed and a sitting area overlooking the gardens (with rocking chairs).

You may choose to have breakfast in the Main House OR breakfast can be left for you in your suite. We call it "Breakfast in a Basket."

You will also find snacks and beverages left for you in your suite.

This suite books for $200/night + tax (double occupancy) and there are SPECIALS during the week. Add $20/per person (per night) if other people would like to book the suite with you.
