It is $550/weekend + tax and a lower rate during the week of $200/night + tax.  For the entire week:  $1000 + tax.

The Farmhouse (above) is another vacation rental house, which is just 5 miles from Downtown.

This house sleeps up to 8 adults.

It is $550/weekend + tax and a lower rate during the week of $200/night + tax and $1000 entire week. 

 

The Carriage House (above) can also be booked as a vacation rental house.

This Carriage House will sleep up to 4 adults for $190/night + tax (vacation rental house rate).

The American Four Square Town House (above) has two large apartment suites.

One suite will sleep 4.

The other suite will sleep 6. 

These apartment suites can be booked as B&B suites or as vacation rental suites.  The vacation rental suite rate is only $425/weekend + tax for each suite.  Special week day rate is $200/night + tax and weekly rate is $1000 + tax.

B&B nightly rate is $235 + tax (includes breakfast at Main House).

Extended Stays for People Working and/or Visiting in Staunton:  For $53.00/night single occupancy (with a 30-night minimum), we can offer traveling and/or visiting professionals a lovely large "home away from home, with housekeeping included," in one of our beautifully-furnished and fully-equipped vacation rental houses!  If you have a pet, please inquire about our special accommodations which are pet friendly.

Also ideal for someone waiting to close on a home purchased in the area.  Some storage available, also.
